My passion for safe exercise standards is derived from my own personal experience in rehabilitation, and helping others achieve their aims. A keen sportsman from a young age, I have always trained across a wide range of methods. This has included strength training, functional moves, yoga, plyometrics, pilates, and health orientated training methods. My passion for cross training techniques coupled with my interest in learning and continuing to develop my own skill set, has given me a respected presence throughout the health and fitness scene in London
Academically, I graduated from the top ranking University of Otago in New Zealand, with a Bachelors degree, majoring in both Sport Science, and Exercise Prescription. My final year was spent in a rehabilitative clinic, designing and completing rehab protocols for top level athletes to return to sport.
